Smith University through the mobile application (“JCSU Information Gateway” or “the Service”). It does not apply to any other online or offline websites, products, or services that Johnson C. Smith University provides.
JCSU Information Gateway mobile app is a service that enables features such as news, events, maps & directions for public users. It also enables users to use Bluelight Emergency app.
This privacy statement document is for informing the users of the JCSU Information Gateway App regarding collection, use, control and disclosure of personal information or any other data if anyone uses JCSU Information Gateway App. If you opt to use the JCSU Information Gateway App, you agree to the collection, use of information as stated in this document.

We may collect your personal information or device information for facilitating better experience while using the JCSU Information Gateway App. Information collected may be used to update the university records (student information system) or to contact you.
We may collect the information such as Internet protocol address, operating system, browser type, browser version, model number and name of the device used to access the service.
