Biography
Tatiana Redden, originally from Philadelphia, holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (BA) from Arcadia University. She currently serves as the Accreditation and Assessment Coordinator at Johnson C. Smith University, where she plays a pivotal role in restoring ACBSP accreditation for the Department of Business Administration. Her work focuses on data analysis, strategic planning, and initiatives that enhance student success and retention.
Beyond her professional career in higher education, social work, and nonprofits, Tatiana is a passionate professor, entrepreneur, self-taught cook, creative visionary, wellness advocate, and lifelong learner. Her endeavors are rooted in a deep commitment to empowering others, particularly first-generation college students, to achieve their goals and embrace their full potential.
