Dr. Bryan Patterson is an accomplished researcher, author, and scholar-practitioner specializing in organizational and community-based leadership. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Management in the Department of Business Administration at Johnson C. Smith University. With more than 20 years of experience spanning higher education, executive coaching, and organizational consulting, Dr. Patterson is dedicated to advancing transformational leadership development that strengthens both individuals and organizations. His expertise encompasses organizational learning, cultural change, leadership development, social entrepreneurship, and executive coaching.

Dr. Patterson has a demonstrated record of designing and delivering assessment-based training, team diagnostics, and both individual and group coaching interventions that yield measurable and sustainable performance outcomes across corporate, academic, nonprofit, and community sectors.
