Project Goals

The lab's work is focused around three central goals:

     1. Assess JCSU’s readiness to lead in AI and health disparities research

     2. Form multidisciplinary research teams focused on cardiometabolic health equity

     3. Establish the rAI_HEROs Laboratory as a hub for training and innovation

We also help connect PAIR awardees with AIM-AHEAD resources, national experts, and grant-writing support to build strong research labs at JCSU and beyond.
