Use of Information

To access personal information from university records, sign in with your JCSU username and password. JCSU Mobile encrypts the information in transmission. You may choose to stay signed in, but JCSU recommends that you sign out when finished, especially if others can get access to your device. Closing JCSU Mobile does not automatically end Your authentication status.

JCSU may tally page views throughout JCSU Mobile to gather aggregated tracking information but does not correlate the information with a JCSU Mobile user's individualized data. Aggregated information improves JCSU's ability to tailor its content to a user's needs. But under no circumstance does JCSU reveal a user's individualized information to a third party.


JCSU uses industry-standard firewall and password protection systems to securely operate its data networks. JCSU's periodically updated security and privacy policies allow only authorized personnel to gain access to information that you provide to JCSU Mobile.

Your Consent

Your use of JCSU Mobile is completely voluntary and authorizes JCSU to collect and use your submitted information according to this policy. In order to keep you aware of what information JCSU collects, how JCSU uses it, and under what circumstances JCSU discloses it, JCSU will post to this page any update to JCSU's privacy policy. You are responsible to return to this page from time to time, including when accepting any JCSU Mobile update, to verify whether JCSU has updated this policy.
