In order to maintain a consistent brand and identity, UCM plans, writes, designs and publishes major print and electronic publications that promote the University as a whole to various constituents. You may request the design and production of brochures, fliers and other publications that promote specific areas and events within the University by completing a Creative Request Form.
The Bulletin is a glossy magazine highlighting University news and feature stories. It is published semi-annually in February and August and mailed to alumni, donors and friends. Additional copies are placed in the James B. Duke Memorial Library, Metropolitan College, alumni house and student union. It is also posted online. Story ideas and photos from faculty, staff, students and alumni are welcome and may be submitted to UCM. Annual President's Report
The annual President's Report is published in March for trustees, donors, alumni and friends of JCSU. The report includes a list of donors for the year, University financials and major accomplishments. The publication is mailed and posted online.
The Alumni e-Newsletter is distributed monthly to alumni by UCM in coordination with the Office of Alumni Affairs. Class notes and news items may be submitted for consideration to Ron Matthews, director of Alumni Affairs, firstname.lastname@example.org.
JCSU News, an e-newsletter for faculty, staff and students of Johnson C. Smith University, is distributed Monday through Friday by UCM. News items may be emailed to email@example.com by 5 p.m. on the day before you would like it to appear in JCSU News.
Additional hard copies of the above printed publications may be obtained through UCM. Printing costs may apply based on quantity and availability.
