As a JCSU student, you’ll have plenty of opportunities for research. You’ll also have the help and educational resources you need to succeed.
Personal Touch, Personal Development
JCSU’s small class sizes and faculty-student interaction will foster your personal development as you conduct your own research.
Anwar Dunbar, a JCSU grad who is now a pharmacologist for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, says he received mentoring from JCSU faculty and networking opportunities that he probably wouldn’t have gotten in another university research setting.
"Those relationships can help you get to your next step, whatever that may be," says Dunbar, who also earned a Ph.D. in pharmacology at the University of Michigan.
