Guidelines

Please Read The Guidelines Below:
In order to continue to perform quality
service in the University Print Shop, we have developed guidelines
for you.
-
All projects require a job request form to be filled out completely
with Budget Code, specifications for printing/copying/finishing, and
proper approval signatures from Dept. Head. This form
must be provided before printing jobs begin.
-
All projects must be university related; no personal projects.
-
All projects must be in logical order, organized, and ready for
print when submitted.
-
Any projects that require design assistance, proofing, finishing
(binding, folding, stitching, etc.), or any other type of extra
service, must be submitted one week prior to the date needed.
These guidelines are set to
insure that all university print and copy jobs are completed
efficiently and accurately. It is critical that the proper
time is allotted for print jobs. A turn-around time will be given at
the time the completed job request form is dropped off with the
Print Shop Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator. All jobs will
be completed within the specified time frame, contingent that no
other pressing matters arise at the last minute (i.e. President’s
Office, Business Office matters).
These guidelines apply to all departments at all times - Thank you
