(CHARLOTTE,
NC)--Goodrich
Corporation Foundation has
awarded Johnson C. Smith University $80,000 to support a new
scholars program.
The money will be awarded to Johnson
C. Smith University business administration majors or computer
science/engineering majors during the 2005-2006 fiscal year.
Students will receive a four-year scholarship and consideration
to complete one or more internships with the Goodrich
Corporation during the summer months.
“Our Foundation Board would like to assist with a program that
will provide scholarship assistance to certain students at your
University and provide Goodrich Corporation with potential
future employees,” said Goodrich Corporation Executive
Vice-President Terry Linnert.
