IPAER considers JCSU students, faculty,
staff, public and private educational agencies, and the
surrounding community its primary customers.

IPAER defines customer satisfaction as its
first priority.

IPAER is committed to an initial request
response time of 24 hours, and to any additional follow-up
needed in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
