Affordable Care Act Summit to be held at Johnson C. Smith University
Charlotte, N.C., - Oct. 17, 2013 – N.C. Senator Malcolm Graham is scheduled to host the Affordable Care Act Summit “Obamacare,” at Johnson C. Smith University on Oct. 22 in Biddle Hall from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The summit will provide the citizens of Charlotte-Mecklenburg with information about the Affordable Care Act (ACA): what it is and how to enroll.
The discussion will include stakeholders from the Mecklenburg County community including representatives from the Mecklenburg County Department of Health and Human Services, United Way of Central Carolinas, Get Covered America and others. The event will focus on how the ACA will affect the delivery of services in Mecklenburg County.
