Faculty Development Program
Johnson C. Smith University has had a
well-established Faculty Development Program since 1983.
The comprehensive program is supported by a variety of
grants, including an endowed program supported by funding
from the Andrew Mellon Foundation. In 1994, the program
received a Theodore Hesburg Certificate of Excellence from
TIAA/CREF.
The program offers professional
development and organizational development activities to
support teaching and learning.
