The Operations area of Information Technology has a wide range of responsibilities and duties. Our primary focus is to keep the behind-the-scene aspects of any Information Technology group from being visible to the end user. The Operations Group is responsible for the operations and security of all Information Technology systems. This group develops, implements, maintains, and supports information technology systems, which allows the University to operate in a more cost-effective manner, while providing greater service to the students. Without the technical expertise and support provided by the group, the systems currently operating would quickly fail, resulting in reduced service to the students, and additional operating expense for the department.

The Operations Area is responsible for telecommunications, AS/400, WEB Module, AT&T One Card System, Xerox print release stations and Network issues.
