The Help Desk provides support for JCSU issued
software and computers, including notebooks to
students, faculty, and staff. Help is available via
email, telephone, walk-in service and the help desk
website.
Our staff is committed to attaining the highest
level of quality and integrity in all relationships
with its customers, the students, faculty, staff.
The Help Desk is dedicated to continually improving
the services and support we provide to the
university community.
The Help Desk supports JCSU owned and leased IBM
ThinkPads and Windows compatible computers. Limited
support for other systems may be provided or
referred to other service providers on campus as
available.
The Help Desk strives to give the best service and
may not be able to handle all of your questions
immediately, but questions involving supported
software and applications that cannot be answered
right away, will be forwarded to the appropriate
support personnel.
