Lost or stolen ID cards should be reported to Campus Police/Security (Ext. 1004) and the ID Card Office (Ext. 6755) immediately.

 Replacement cards are $12.00. Make payments to the Cashier in the Business Office then present your receipt to the ID Card office to have a new one produced.
