Purpose
Instrumental ensembles are designed for both the
Liberal Arts music major (Music Education) and the
non-music major. Ensembles serve as an educational
performance organization to promote school pride
and spirit, present “half-time” performances during
football games, serve as a recruitment tool and
represent the university throughout the community.
Admissions
Band students must meet admission requirements of
the university. Applications may be obtained
from the University’s Office of Admissions.
Financial Aid Scholarships (Band, Academic, Department)
are available to those who qualify. Financial
Aid for Band students is available through the Office
of Student Financial Aid and must meet the requirements
for eligibility.
