Scholarships
are awarded on the basis of a student's academic achievement. They are
designed to recognize, encourage and assist men and women who
demonstrate leadership potential in a chosen field of study. Financial
need generally is not a factor in making these awards, although the
amount of the award assigned to each winner will vary with financial
circumstances of the recipient.
