Students may apply for financial aid by using the U. S Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application is available at high schools, community colleges, and universities and proprietary schools. You can fill out a FAFSA online at FAFSA on The Web. This can be accessed in any of the information centers located on the Johnson C. Smith University campus or via any computer connected to the Internet and to a printer.

Students who receive renewal applications in the mail should complete them, per attached instructions, and send them back in the enclosed return envelope.
