Effective with the 1999-2000 school
term, cooperative education placements will be available to
eligible students. The purpose of the cooperative education
program is to provide students with a career oriented work
experience related to their major field of study.
Additionally, the program is designed
to assist students with permanent job opportunities after
graduation. Cooperative education and internship placements are
coordinated by the Office of Cooperative Education and Internship,
in cooperation with various academic departments and programs.
