Walk/Run Intervals
This is a walking program for all fitness levels to support and help maintain daily increases in your level of activity, which will improve the quality of life through general health principles, increase range of motion, freedom from pain and help change your mental and physical attitude toward fitness.
This program will incorporate the principles associated with beginner cardiovascular interval training. This means you will build your endurance through walk/run intervals, and have the opportunity to track your progress throughout the program.
