Jump School

How long can you jump rope? The point of the challenge is to jump rope for as long as you can before stopping, or hitting the rope on your feet. A HealthPlex staff member will keep record of your time.  You may come into the HealthPlex at any time during the day to compete.

The winner will receive a small prize.

Squat til’ You drop!

Who can hold the wall sit for the longest time? You will be instructed to hold a wall sit for as long as you can. A HealthPlex staff member will keep record of your time. You may come into the HealthPlex at any time during the day to compete.

Plank Don’t Tank! -

How long can you hold “The Plank”? You will be instructed on the proper form for this exercise. You will then be asked to hold the position for as long as you can. A HealthPlex staff memberwill keep record of your time. You may come in at any time during the day to compete.

Push-up to the Max!

The challenger will complete as many push as he, or she can before there is a disruption in proper form, or until fatigue is reached. A HealthPlex staff member will keep record of your completed push-ups. You may come in at any time during the day to compete.
