Mat Pilates

Learn the core foundations of Pilates! If you are new to Pilates, or if you are just interested in refining your movement, then this class is for you. While enhancing your flexibility, you will learn to work your body in all planes of motion, adopt new breathing techniques, and gain a clear understanding of muscle engagement.

Interval Fitness

Increase your aerobic and muscular endurance, along with improving your cardiovascular health. You will learn how to use the HealthPlex strength equipment pared with aerobic style exercises in this quick 30 minute interval class.

Circuit Training

Combine resistance with conditioning! Work multiple muscle groups individually as you move from one exercise to the next. This class is built to improve your strength, and aerobic capacity.

T.N.T.

Tighten and Tone your entire body. Work through a variety of upper body, lower body, and core exercises. No muscle groups get left out. Come to T.N.T....It's Dynamite!

Yoga

Designed to enhance energy and a sense of well-being, this yoga workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The yoga class will vary from each instructor’s experience with yoga and may incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.
