Foster Village Network Center: Phasing Up to New Possibilities is the cornerstone of JCSU's foster care initiative. Its goal is to remove the barriers that face youth phasing out of foster care and provide them opportunities to pursue their ambitions continued education.

Foster Village Network Center

The former home of Dr. George E. Davis stands a block from the campus of Johnson C. Smith University. It is currently under renovation to serve as the Foster Village Network Center.
