Blue Ocean Strategy practitioners, faculty and staff complete work on Visual Awakening, the first phase of the process that outlines the challenges facing the university and outlines the approach to creating a holistic, student-centered approach to supporting students to graduation. The next phase of the process, Visual Exploration, will take place over the next 6-7 months.

Blue Ocean Strategy Network Practitioners, faculty and staff continue to work on improving student retention and graduation by focusing on the validation process, advising and academic support opportunities and committee initiatives on campus. The research being conducted looks at these resources from the student, faculty and staff perspectives.
